Impact Award

This award recognises work by an individual or organisation that resulted in a significant contribution to the performing arts or influence on the community.

The outstanding person can be from any genre of performing arts, including dance, music, theatre, musical theatre, opera, circus, physical theatre and comedy.

Eligibility

The activity of recognition must have taken place between 1 October 2021 and 30 June 2023.

Individual nominees must be:

• an Australian citizen or have permanent residence status
• over 18 years of age
• a current resident of the NT.

Individuals may be required to provide evidence of being a NT resident by providing a driver’s license, utilities bill, electoral roll registration or other similar documentation.

Organisations nominated must be:

• not-for-profit
• legally constituted
• producers of, or primarily operate in support of the arts
• registered in the NT as their main place of business.
